We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as machines considered damaged. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
